Description
If you want to increase the maximum performance of your engine, you will likely need to upgrade your intercooler. The standard systems fitted to most modern vehicles are not made with maximum performance in mind. Their design is usually a compromise between “will it fit” and “how much will it cost.”
These intercoolers have been specifically selected to maximize cooling of the charge air, while keeping pressure drop to a minimum. They have high flow, a large bore size, and are made from high quality materials. The intercoolers are universal, so will fit most makes and models of vehicle.
Fitting a front mounted intercooler, or increasing the size of your current one, will mean charge air temps are reduced and overall turbocharger efficiency is improved.
Various sizes of core available, bigger is always better when intercooling, no matter what the forums will lead you to believe. The end tanks use 63mm connections on the 140mm, 180mm & 230mm intercoolers, and 76mm connections on the 300mm intercoolers.
A universal item, so simply remove from the box and fit it to your vehicle.
